Yarrow Infused Oil

This is a peek at an infused oil using wildcrafted yarrow I picked and dried last year. The herb is infused into organic sunflower oil that was so pale in color it was ‘barely yellow’. Not only has the color migrated with the infusion, but the scent is clearly yarrow: herbal, fresh and ‘green’.
This batch was heat-infused.
